Integrity violation exception in 5.11 on adding user and setting membership immediately. User is not created as result. It worked in 5.10. It happen both on H2 and MSSQL 2008.  Is something changed with transactions defaults in 5.11?

Can you post the code you are using OR perhaps a failing unit-test?
