Integrating DropBox with ALfresco 3.4.d

Hi all,

       This is Manish. I am new to alfresco and want to integrate dropbox with alfresco-3.4.d. Can any one help me or guide me on how to do this. Thanks in advance.

If you provide more specifics on what you want to accomplish and what you've tried so far you might get some better advice. For example, with what little you've provided, I might assume you want to drop files into dropbox and have them show up in Alfresco. Or maybe you want to expose one or more Alfresco spaces as a dropbox folder. Both great ideas, and maybe you have additional ideas, but without knowing what you are trying to do, I can only point you to the Developer Guide: http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Developer_Guide

Definitely worth pursuing, though, so feel free to respond with further specifics and maybe I'll get you pointed in the right direction.

looks like it works for 4.0 version, how about 3.4d? any official working thing without coding?

Hi Chuawenching,

A certain level of Dropbox integration will be available in a later release of Alfresco 4.

I am sure making it work with 3.4d would require some serious coding.

thanks for confirming. well i won't upgrade to 4.0 unless the record management is ready for the community edition

but i do consider enterprise in near future
