Integrate eMail Client

Hello,

We are studying Alfresco (Share) to adopt in our organisation as our Intranet (groupware software). All the Alfresco Share functionalities are good for us but we need an eMail client (actually we're using Zimbra) integrated into solution.

Any solution?

Alfresco already supports SMTP and IMAP.   What do you mean by "integrate"?

We need an eMail client integrated into Alfresco desktop (like GMail or Yahoo Mail, for example) taht allow all users to read, send and receive mail without need to open other applications.

Is there a solution for this request?
I need the same extension for Alfresco Community Share. My administrator at my hospital is interested in using Alfresco but wants an integrated email client for receiving, sending and managing emails.
Another interesting extension would be an instant messenger so that people can chat inside Alfresco.
Has anyone a clue about a solution?
