Installation Error @ CentOS 6.4 64Bits

Friends, when I try t install the alfresco-community-4.2.c-installer-linux-x64.bin I'm receiving an error that is:

root@alfresco [~]# . alfresco-community-4.2.c-installer-linux-x64.bin –mode text
-bash: .: alfresco-community-4.2.c-installer-linux-x64.bin: cannot execute binary file

Please, can you give me a hand to solve that?

just put in the command

./alfresco-community-4.2.c-installer-linux-x64.bin
‍‍‍

Make sure the bin file is executable.
