Installation Alfresco wcm 2.1

how to install Alfresco WCM 2.1, During the installation  ' No Alfresco Installation found at this location ' First i download  Alfresco Web Content Management 2.1 RC, it have a zip file, i extract the file it have virtual_alf.bat, 
virtual_start.bat,virtual_stop.bat and two folder extras and virtual-tomcat,   
README_wcm.txt. it need any more installation.

The Alfresco WCM install first presumes that you have Alfresco ECM installed.  If you install the base Alfresco server first, you can install WCM atop it to provide the extended set of services needed to manage your website(s) and web apps.

ok, 
     
     I download Alfresco Content Management 2.1 RC.
    Extract zip file, alfresco.war file is moved to tomcat webapps and Deploy 
Finlay i got some problem/ERROR some one are fixed and try to fix others.
