Install on Windows Server 2012R2

I've been trying to install on Windows 2012 and tomcat won't start.  I've been able to install tomcat separately and get it running but it will not run with the //RS//alfrescoTomcat flag.  just errors.  but Alfresco One installs and runs without a problem.  I'm new to Alfresco so don't even know where to begin to troubleshoot.

I like to help new comers, but I do not have much exposure on Alfresco on windows. Since all my installations I have done it in Linux, environment. If your OS platform is on Linux, I could 100% help u in installation. Also for production environment  it is not better idea  for you to use windows platform to avoid future OS related issues

windows 2012 need jdk7, and web IIs offline to load Tomcat

have all of that installed.  Its funny how AlfrescoOne works without a problem- but AlfrescoCommunity does not work.
