Indexing of Word 2007 docs...

When I first tested Alfresco 3.0 two weeks ago, I had to edit a file of MIME types to get it to index Office 2007 documents.

Now I have 3.2 installed and I can't find that post that gave the instructions on what to add.

Right now, it indexes everything but Office 2007. It correctly identifies them as Office 2007, but I can't search their contents at all.

Anyone fill me in on what I am missing?

Apache POI team is working on supporting Office 2007 (Office Open XML file formats) files. Currently, it is in beta (http://poi.apache.org/). I imagine that the Alfresco team will introduce it into trunk once POI 3.5 is out of beta.

But people introducing Alfresco because of reducing their IT costs, they should maybe also switch to Open Office.
