Importing existing websites and have it managed by alfresco?

Is there a way to import exisiting website folders - files/ pictures and media into Alfresco and have Alfresco manage it.

Hello,

You could use the CIFS interface, or FTP or WebDAV to import a complete folder structure of files and sub-folders.

You can then use these interfaces to get the data back out to repopulate your website when you have made your changes.
