Import users with group

Hi,

I would like to know if the export method can export users with group they belong to into Alfresco? I have 2000 users and I would like to assign all these users with group and permission into Alfresco. I guess it is easier to set all these information into xml file and execute with Export command instead of assignning each user into group using UI.
If anyone has done this before, please share with me your experience. Thank you

Yes, This can be done by writing a webscript.

This webscript will read the XML configuration file in which you can specify the entries of users/groups/relation between users and groups.

Using alfresco services API, you can create appropriate users and groups and users into the groups.

But where to find this script? or how to generate it? we even don't know where does Alfresco save the users!

Is there a dedicated tutorial?!
