Import complete repository

Hi,

I just exported a complete repository on one system, which i want to duplicate completely to another system.  Both systems are community 1.3.0 editions.  I got so far that the import in the second edition doensn't allow me to import a complete export and asks for an clean repository.  Does anyone have an idea how to create this "clean" repository ?
