Im creating a workflow, but when start it im getting error.

Hello everybody, im creating a workflow but when i try to start it im having this error: Workflow could not be started
06140032 Failed to start workflow activiti$activitiParallelReview:1:16.

i tried already to check on log files to find out what was wrong, and i found it:
Accessing task with id='activiti$145' is not allowed for user 'raine'
org.springframework.extensions.webscripts.WebScriptException: 06140001 Wrapped Exception (with status template): 06140019 Accessing task with id='activiti$145' is not allowed for user 'raine'

so i deleted this user from the task pool then i signed to another one but there is still the problem.

may you guys help me solving it, plz

Is that a out of the box workflow?

Do you have any configuration or addon in place?

Can you share the full log?
