http://servername:8080/share gives blank page

I have installed Alfresco Labs 3final

CentOS 5.2
Java 1.6_06
Tomcat 5.5.23

I have no errors in my alfresco.log.  I have ftp/CIFS and servername:8080/alfresco working just fine

When I goto servername:8080/share I get a blank page, the document source is blank as well. 

I have installed the WCM components, and verified in the log it was installed.  I can goto my servername:8080/alfresco and have a Web Projects in Company Home and Web Forms in Data Dictionary.

Does anyone have any idea what could be going on ?

For me - it is kind of a similar issue -

I am able to open http://localhost:8080/share, and when I login it says the following -

Failed to Login
The remote server may be unavailable or your authentication details have not been recognized.

But, I am able to login and play with alfresco! not SHARE. what could be wrong?

I solved my problem.  I had to copy the share.war to /var/lib/tomcat5/webapps, I was following an install guide that was strictly for document management (alfresco.war) and so it left out that step.
