How to use Activiti with eclipse plugin

Have downloaded Activiti 5.14 and able to make it work Activiti Modeler & Exlorer. I have no clue how to setup Activiti eclipse plugin.
Read some posts regarding plugin but not able to grasp much.

Any simple documentation is available on "Configuring Activiti eclipse plugin in eclipse Juno"

For a real time project, which one is suggested for development Activit eclipse plugin OR Activiti Explorer. Any feature mis match in both.
I prefer using modeler beacause it's easy work with modeler.

If you don't know how to install an Eclipse plugin, I assume you don't have much Java knowledge.
The Eclipse plugin has more active development than the modeler at this point in time.
