How to use Activiti Designer

Hi everyone,
I am studying Alfresco Community. I try to create a workflow, but i can not do it by using Activiti Designer although i have read Jpotts' books. Can you help me?
How to design, code and deploy to Alfresco Share ?

This is my workflow:

A company has 3 division : The first division start a workflow which attached a document for the second. The second division review and approve or reject. If the second approve, they can attach a new document and select third divison ( ex: Solusion sale division)

It sounds like you've read some books/tutorials, which is great, but with such a general problem statement, I'm concerned that we'll have nothing more specific to offer than what you might find in those resources.

Can you be more specific about what specifically you are struggling with?
