How to Upgrade the version

hi..
i am using alfresco enterprise 3.2r. i just wanted to know how can i upgrade my version from 3.2r to 3.3 ie i want to integrate all the contents of 3.2r to 3.3 without creating from the start.
i am able to create a backup and restore it on the same version, but i wanted to know how can i restore the content on higher version.

Hi darryl,

I referred to the wiki mentioned by you, but i am still getting an error.
I follow the two steps:
1) Restore the back-up file (From Alfresco 3.2r to Alfresco3.3)
2) Replace the alf-data folder (From Alfresco 3.2r to Alfresco3.3)

I believe i dont have to copy any customizations files since both are fresh installations.

But when i start the tomcat, it gives me a SEVERE error and alfresco does not start.

Any kinds of suggestions are welcome.
