How to tagging file by uppercase character

Hello all
Please teach me the way to solve my problem.

I want to tag each files on document library by uppercase character.
I tried input tag by uppercase character but they are converted to lowercase character.

Each item name of our company named by uppercase , so I want to use upper case.

Can anyone help me?

1.Alfresco will lower the case of tag when a tag is created and only the lower case version is persisted into repository.

2.When user try to find  nodes that have been tagged with the specified tag,the tag is lowercase first and find the nodes.

So In my opinion you can customize UI ,change tags to upper case first before displaying them.

I'm casual user of Alfresco so information you told me is not easy for me.
If I have ample time to try this challenge then I'll try it.
