How to specified site's space name when creating site

Hi,

When creating site, default it use shortName(url name) to site space name.
Are there any method could set  "Site name(title)" to space name when creating site ?

The best practice for creating URL names for your sites is a simple name with the next allowed characters:

A-Z a-z 0-9 and -

I know URL name with pattern would be site space name, but because my language environment is not English, so I want to set title to site space name when creating site. URL name as site id as default.

Are there any approach about change behavior when creating site ?
