How to send E-mail when a user is assign to a Workflow?

Hello;

I am new to alfresco share, I am currently using Aflresco Share Community version 3.4b.
I have already configured the outbound email configuration of Alfresco Share. The problem is this, how can i configure Alfresco to send email notification to the user that is part of a new started workflow? I hope you guys will help me out.
