I wanted to know how can I search a combination of words separated with spaces. For example, if I write "Alfresco devellopper", is the same like to put "Alfresco+devellopper", but I want that it recognizes me the space like one letter more of the String.
Somebody can help me please?
Thanks

The problem in the searching in Alfresco is the following: if you search for example "men in black", it will find all the document that have the string "man", all the documents that have string "in", and all the documents that have string "black". But I only want the documents that have "men in black". How can I do it?
Thanks!

Hi,

The search in Alfresco is like google, the default operator is "or", but you can search:
Phrase  (""), ex: "men in black", only documents with this phrase are show
And, ex: men AND black, only documents that as the word men and the word black
+, ex: +men +black, is the same as AND
      OR, is the default operator
exclude word, ex: men -black, only documents that as the word men and not has the word black

Hi,
according to google basic search principles the default operator is "and". It would be nice if the search in Alfresco works the same by default.
