How to resubmit the review workflow if rejected

Hi,
Can anyone help me on how  the resubmit review process to the same/different reviewer if the reviewer rejected the document with comments.

If once document is rejected, I would like to make the correction to the document and resubmit the document to the same/different reviewer so the till reviewer is approve the document, I can keep on submitting the document for review there by I can see the complete workflow comments in one work-flow history.

The out of the box work flow for approval is only a single stage, so it can't have that history.

You need to create an iterating review work flow that has as "to be reviewed" state, an "approved" state, and a "rejected" state. In the rejected state, you would have a "Resubmit" button. This would maintain your history on the document.
