How to restore build in groups in alfresco 3

Hey,

When turning on ldap synch, i forgot to set the clear all children to false before starting alfresco, so all the default buildin groups went away.

Now i am struggling to figure out how to get them back.  I am thinking about the new administrative group and the others.

i figured out one of the groups:  its ALFRESCO_ADMINISTRATORS, now i can assign administrators.

Is there any other default groups i should know about?

Only EMAIL_CONTRIBUTORS if you use the inbound email function.
