How to Install Alfresco Workdesk Community

Hi All,

I have downloaded the Alfresco Workdesk Community 4.1.1.0 from the community file list (alfresco-workdesk-community-4.1.1.0-2013-08-01-dist.zip). I have searched about how to manually install it but I found nothing.
