How to handle decimal number?

Activiti only supports boolean, string, long, enum & date type.  How do I create an input form that would support a decimal number?

Right, you would need to implement a new FormType for that and additionally implement a Vaadin counterpart for it if you use the Activiti Explorer.

Can you give me a few pointers of how to do this?  I'm learning Activiti mainly using Activiti User Guide and this forum.
