How to get Workflows

I need to get all workflows that are associated with a document.  How is this done with Javascript?  If this is not possible, how should I go about retrieving a workflow if I do not know the id of it going into a script?

It's possible if you can decipher the slightly eccentric documentation here: http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Workflow_JavaScript_API

Have a look at node.activeWorkflows - which I think gives you an array of JscriptWorkflowInstances. As I said, it's a bit wacky…
