How to get who has approved and who rejected in case of multi instance

Hi All,

We have implemented one user task such that multiple candidate groups are assigned to it via code. It is not fixed how many multiple groups we need to assign. Now i want to know how i can get who has approved it and who has rejected it.

Thanks in advance ,Any help/pointer  in this regard will be highly appreciated.
