How to get Web Content Management working?

Dear All,

I have installed Alfresco and it is working fine on MS Windows.  I have now installed the Web Content Management Extension and done no configuration changes.  How do I access the new extension as I am unsure what to do next?  Also where do I download the virtualisation extension?

Hi Lee,


You can download WCM based on version of ECMS you already downloaded. For example if u downloaded  ECMS 2.1 then you need to download the same version tha tis WCM 2.1.

I have downloaded and installed Alfresco.

I have also downloaded and installed the WCM.

I have not done any post configuration after the WCM, what do I need to do ?

Also how do I access the admin interface?

It seems that WCM was installed and I just needed to log in as admin(pwd=admin).  doh!
