How to get personnal type and sub-types with cmis

Hello

I want to get personnal types and the values which associated (we can chose them in a combo box in alfresco) (and not personnal properties/values) ). I haven't got any document at the moment juste folder but I can create. I used to take properties of a directories not of documents.

Can you help me?

Now I can take prperties and value to a document which is create.  But I don't find how take properties/values of documents without document.
