How to fetch the outcome of the form of a multi instance task Using groovy

i have a simple process which has a form with approve or reject outcome.
while the task complete i have to fetch the outcome value using groovy script in task listener can anyone guide me over this i am bit new to activiti .

Which environment is this? Activiti engine? Activiti enterprise/BPM Suite?
