How to export users and groups on windows?

Hello all!
I would know how to export to an "acp" file my Alfresco users and groups and if I can do that without using the command line (http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Export_and_Import)… Is it possible???

And if I MUST do this with command line.. who could explain me please how can I write that string?

I don't understand the wiki… the line is too long and vague!

I think you can not do that from the UI…

Thanks for reply but my problem is "export" not "import"….

The wiki http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Export_and_Import is obsolete and I'd like to know the correct syntax path if this is the only way…
