How to enable ECM Forms in 3 stable?

Hi

In Alf Labs 3 stable the ECM Forms in Data Dictionary are disabled. I'm newbe in Alfresco
and I don't know how to enable it. Forms works ok in 3c version, so I suppose that it's possible
to enable it 3 stable. Please help

Unfortunately, it looks that the next edition (Labs 3e) is planned on second quarter of 2009.
http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/2009_Roadmap
"New Forms dictionary services and Forms rendering engine" will be implemented
in the next edition.
