how to embed videos in alfresco 5.1?

Could you point me to any documentation that would help me embed videos in alfresco with preview.

I installed rich wiki content but looks like it is developed for the older versions of alfresco.

Alfresco One (enterprise edition) has a licensed addon component called Alfresco Media Management that provides previewing, manipulation and video transformation capabilities, but obviosuly only available if you're enterprise customer and you're willing to pay additioanlly for the add-on.

There are some similar addons listed at addons.alfresco.com (both commercial and open source) which might be useful but not sure if they have been updated to be compatible with 5.X.
