How to Disable certain 'Available workflows'

Hello,

I commented out the definitions for "Adhoc Task" and "Review & Approve" in bootstrap-context.xml, but they still show up in the "Available workflows" list when you go to create an advanced workflow.  Any ideas on how to get them to disappear?

(That would be review_processdefinition.xml and adhoc_processdefinition.xml, leaving my own custom definitions remaining)
