How to create Custom Container

I need to create Custom Container with below structure.

I have drawn above figure with some notepad since we cant attach image here.

Could you please let me know how we can achieve with Alfresco. When we load this container default tab will be TAB1 and JSP corresponds to TAB1 will get loaded in JSP AREA. Similarly if you go for TAB2 Everyting will remain same and TAB2 JSP will get loaded in JSP AREA.
