How to create a groups and assign role using web service API

I am new to alfresco.. can any one please help me out in providing solution to .. How to create a user defined groups and assign role to that particular using web service API..

Hi,

Please take a lot at this post. Web Services  out of Box  does not support this. But there are alternatives.
