How to config Alfresco 2.1 Enterprise trail for SQL Server?

Alfresco 2.1 Enterprise trail runs well when using default database HSQLDB.
How to config it to use MS SQL Server 2005?

If only run Config Server and select SQL Server, then start the Alfresco server, it will report errors. Should change something to use SQL Server.
How to do it?
