How to categorise documents in Share

Hi why can't I categorise documents in Share ?  Seems i have to first go into Alfresco and set "Allow Categorisation" for each document.  Is there any way to set this as the default ?

go to "repository", select "sites", on the site you want allow categorisation, click on more (right), select "manage rules", create a new rule, put a name and description, then at the "define rule" full the form and in the "perform action" select "add aspect" "clasificabble"
