Hi,

I would like to add new fields on DM metadata form. How do I do that?

The current metadat form has Name, Title, Description, Mimetype, Author and tags. I would like to add more extra fields on the form and I am not sure how to do that. Fields that I want to add includes drop down lists.

Thanks in advance.

Okay,
I am a noob and i want to implement Alfresco in my organization. I have never worked on XML before and not much of a coder. I am facing the same prob as you - I have to add a drop down list to metadata. Just text in that nothing much. The same way they have MIME type. I am following the instructions in the blog, but have not been able to find "alfresco/messages/knowledgebase.properties". My messages folder is blank. can you please help me with this.

I am using version 3.4 - downloaded last month !

Eagerly waiting for reply Smiley Happy
