I have seen more and more goverments and education institutions adopting Laserfiche (DoD 5015.2 certified) for their document/record management system. Their website states a customer base over 21,000 public and private sector organizations around the world.
My previous workplace started to Laserfiche when I left and and they chose Lasefiche "based on specific criteria that included functionality, ease of use, price and reputation. They needed software that could be incorporated into their current business practices."
And recently I know a couple companies are also considering Laserfiche.
Have pretting good capabilities, including comprehensive security, capturing such as scanning, fax, searchable sticky note, zoom and able to copy part of the document image to clipboard.
