How I can change default preferences of a dashboard and site

How I can change the default preferences active in Alfresco Share for each user on your dashboard?

When a user first enters your alfresco dashboard, has no active tasks or calendar module. Likewise for the creation of a new site, I require WIKI, BLOGS, etc. are not activated by default only "DOCUMENTS LIBRARY."

This is possible?

I change:
/opt/alfresco-3.4.a/tomcat/webapps/share/WEB-INF/classes/alfresco/site-data/presets/presets.xml
for dashboard modules

and:
/opt/alfresco-3.4.a/tomcat/webapps/share/WEB-INF/classes/alfresco/share-config.xml

for panel control in dashboard,. I'm only required "my-sites", "dashboard" and  "my profile"
