How do I set permission to view/delete files ?

Hi all !
I'd like to know if it's possible to set permission on content that I create in a Space ?
for example is it possible to set permission on a file so that it can be changed or viewed only from one user ?
(similar to unix rwx policy)

It is, on the document, click on view details, Manage Content Users and then uncheck the Inherit Parent Space Permissions, click on Invite and select the users/groups you require and the relevant role for them.
