How do I link to my document library?

This seems like a simple question.  However, when I am in the Wiki or Discussions section of my Share site and I try to insert a link to a document or image that resides in my Document Library for that same Share site the WYSIWYG editor appears to rewrite the url that looks like

http://serverSmiley Tongueort/share/proxy/alfresco-feed/api/node/content/workspace/SpacesStore/3573af44-856b-4b64...
to something like
../../../proxy/alfresco-feed/api/node/content/workspace/SpacesStore/3573af44-856b-4b64-8b15-68e2488da0d4/HLArchitecture.pdf.

This, of course, doesn't work when the client browser tries to reference the document.  I must be missing something because sharing the assets in the Document Library seems like one of the benefits to using a framework like Alfresco in the first place.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for the help,
   Garret

One additional thing, when I try linking to the asset outside of the Wiki or Discussion, using the full link (http://serverSmiley Tongueort/proxy/alfresco-feed/api/node/content/workspace/SpacesStore/3573af44-856b-4b64-8b15-...) it works perfectly.  It's the fact that the WSYIWYG editor within Alfresco Share keeps rewriting the URL that seems to be the issue.

What version of Alfresco are you using? I have not seen that behavior in 3.2, which uses TinyMCE as the WYSIWYG editor.

Hello All,

A have the same issue with Share. I've fond some tip (http://forums.alfresco.com/en/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=21916) to hack Tiny editor js file but it does not solve my problem. Reediting any blog post that contains a link to document library makes the link broken. It would be great to find a solution. I use Alfresco version 3.2.0 (2039) schema 2019.

I think this is fixed now - should be in 3.2r

Thanks for the info. I will check 3.2r within a few days. In case the problem persists I will let you know.

Kind Regards,
WK

It still seems to be have the same problem.   Smiley Sad

I tried first simply replacing the share.war (after having backed up the database and alfresco directory).  I figured I'd start with a "partial upgrade".  The app continued to work, but the editor in the share site exhibited the same behavior.

Then, I tried a clean install of the new 3.2r codebase with a brand new database.  Same results.

I've tried refreshing my browser cache, thinking maybe the Javascript was being cached.  That didn't help.
