How Can i use the Individual User Space allocated when i am

When i am creating user account i am allocating certain User Space which is there individual Play area. How it is mapped to their profile in Share?

One solution would be to allocate their User Home space to a subfolder within a specific site's document library.

The sites io am creating are for departments and i do not want to expose the User space there. is there a way it can show up on the User's Dashboard?

You could write your own custom dashlet to do this, sure - although be aware that the Document Library currently expects all content to be structured within a Site.

Why not create a "Play area" site? Your users can copy content to their departmental site using the "Copy to…" action.
