forgive me for asking it bluntly: what ?

Do you mean access restrictions to spaces, files and actions ? Then check out the adminstration pages "manage system users" and "manage user groups".

For individual rights, see "more actions/ Manage user rights" and search Wiki and forum about access rights & user roles. Example : http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Security_and_Authentication#Authentication_Overview.

One thing to remember : If you have access to a subfolder, but do not have access to the parent folder, you may reach it via direct link, but will not be able to browse there via the explorer.

I hope that helped a bit, otherwise, you would have to be more precise.

how can I set permission for group
I am delete the ALFRESCO_ADMINISTRATORS group, but i can't create another group for admins i.e I need to set permission for admins in a group with another name
is it possible?
is there any permission exclude user and admin?

Hmm .. I am not sure, what happens when you delete that group. I am afraid, you removed the right to edit rights from yourself.

Unless someone here has a database hack, you will need a backup or a reinstall, I am afraid.
