how can I decrease query processing time

Hi;

We are designing processes having call acitivities. (Each call activity has its call activity) When I check the BPM database, there is no common identifier for each call activity showing main root process . To find data I have to carry out recursive query and it leads to higher processing time. Is there any solution for this.

No I don't think so. You could set a common variable identifier so you can query process instances based on that variable?

Thanks for reply. I know I asked many questions, and probably I will continue asking more.

I can not find who sent a task  to user.When I check BPM database, I cant see the related field. I think I am not looking the right place.
