Hour in the created information is not the same the system

When I upload some content, it appears with two more hours than the hour in the system tray.
What configuration would be wrong?

Hello,

The date and time will be coming off your server machine.
Could you check the settings on that machine?

If this is the machine you are talking about, or the machine's time is set correctly and the time is still appearing 2 hours ahead then please let us know and we'll investigate further.

The server and client are running in the same machine.
The machines time is ok, but the contents are set by 2 hours more than the machines time, whatever the time is.

After searching the Debian bug list, and various other places, there are several bugs to do with time zone errors where the system shows the correct time but other applications do not - when you are offset from UTC.
I don't suppose that your time zone is 2 hours offset from UTC, is it?

There also appear to be time zone issues in the MySQL bug lists.

We will look to see if there is anything that we can do about this, or if we are causing this, but as far as I am aware we just use the built in Java time statements.

Well, after set to use UTC, I did realize that the difference between my time zone from UTC is 2 hours. So now, there in London is 15:38 pm, and here is 13:38 pm.
But why the time doesn't appear with my configuration set? Is that a bug?

My server in running in a W2K server, the TimeZone is BRST.
