Host announce error

Hi,

I get an error as below:
Host announce error, 10055endSocketDatagram - No buffer space available, (LANA 3)

i am using Alfresco Enterprise version 2.1 configured on Windows Server 2003 having 2GB RAM.

And the other problem encountered is that it throws PermGen Space instead of the various Heap size settings configured.

Please help me out.
