Hierarchy beetwen sites ?

It is possible to define hierarchy beetwen sites which I create in dashboard? I think about parent-children connection but I don't know which way is the best to solve this problem.

Requirements:
- choosing parent site (f.e. from list-box) during creating new (child) site in dialog
- permissions from parent site are inherited to child site
- searching in specific site also including searching in subsites

Any ideas, proposals ?

No its not possible.   It is however a frequently heard enhancement request.

That's a pity   But maybe…. could U help me and suggest some solution (kind of emulation or sth like that …) ??
It's really important  for me because I must implement this facality…

One of our partners solved this using aspects on the sites to determine the hierarchy, together with custom view code to pull everything together.

Be warned it's not a "light" customization however.

Is this functionallity(hierarchy beetween sites) supported in Enterprise Edition ??

No, there is functionally very, very little difference between Enterprise and Community. It is more about bug fixes, database support and supportability (i.e. access to Alfresco Support).

It is a feature we are looking at!
