I setup CIFS at my work but get the problem with persistent login prompt. I have added the registry setting for SMBDeviceEnabled=0 and that didn't help.

I have changed the NetBIOS name for the repository to ALFRESCO.
I checked with a Windows XP client desktop, and that works. Windows 2000 machines, however, do not. Should I set SMBDeviceEnabled to 1 on client desktops?
