I've started working with the community addition and testing records retention. Everything I read says cut off should be automatically performed by the system for records waiting for cut off. I have a simple 2 step retention, first step is cut off immediately, 2nd step is destroy 1 yr after date filed (I'm setting date filed during scanning or bulk import). I have a rule set on the folder to automatically complete the record when items are created. Everything is working, but I have to manually perform the cut off of the records after import. I've read the scheduled process to perform cut off only runs periodically, but I've left records waiting for cut off for 3 days. What do I need to do to make the cut happen without manual intervention? I've been searching for an answer for days but can't find any details about this process.
