help on How to fix failed invite in alfresco

Hello folks
I been using alfresco for a month right now and trying to configure invite problem but still don't have any clue. I follow the wiki but it fails me saying "0 invite 1 failed" when i try to invite a user in alfresco. Could anyone teach me how to do it in a proper way? thanks in advance

Trying for day's to get this working correct. Seems to me Alfresco isn't working correct (bug or whatever…) i find a lot of posts on the web regarding this problem. I'm wondering anyhow why the Alfresco team didn't make an easy config setup, editing the properties file and so on is not a great way of working, why not a plain startup script at first run!!!
Working with 4.3.d on mac OSX.
